Globally renowned interior designer, Francis Sultana showcases his unique aesthetic with the creation of the Louis bed. Inspired by Elizabethan ruffs and collars, the Louis boasts curved, winged edges. A bespoke green tweed fabric and specially made legs make the bed a focal point for the bedroom.

The Louis headboard is crafted with natural materials and upholstered by hand for a unique finish. Made by Savoir craftspeople in London and Wales.

Upholstered in Francis Sultana ‘Green Tweed’ with the back in Kirkby ‘Hue Pecan K5183/39’.

Francis Sultana
Francis Sultana is one of the world’s foremost interior and furniture designers, working across both residential and commercial projects. His atelier studio is based in St James', London in the same building as David Gill Gallery, of which he is also Artistic Director. Loved for his unique ability to merge the requirements of both domestic and commercial spaces with often large-scale visual art, sculpture and installation pieces, his studio is working on hotels and private homes in the UK and across Europe and the US. One of only a handful of UK designers to be featured in Architectural Digest USA’s annual AD100, Francis Sultana is cited as one of Wallpaper’s Top 20 Interior Designers and is listed as House & Garden, AD France and AD Italy's Top 100 Interior Designers.
Elegant curves
All our headboards are precision cut on our computer-controlled cutting machine, one of the few large motorised tools we have at our Bedworks. This allows us to create any shape your heart desires, with perfect symmetry, just like the Louis headboard.
